pelvic love sessions supporting women

Come along and deepen your skills in your support of women. These sessions are open to yoga teachers, doulas, antenatal educators, midwives, massage therapists - all who support women through the perinatal journey & beyond.

Our CPD training days offer valuable skills and insights for those already working with women during pregnancy and the postpartum period in particular, The learning, however, is applicable to all women’s bodies and to the hormonal flux and change that can affect the pelvic region across a woman’s lifespan.

The sessions are held at the beautiful Yoga on the Lane studio. I am delighted to be joined by my dear friend and colleague Yolande Diver, who brings a wealth of experience to our time together. Between us, we share 45 years of sharing yoga and holding space for women. Book your place via the link below, or if you prefer to chat first, please feel free to email me.

Rupture & Repair

Our Spring Pelvic Love session invites you to explore rupture and repair within the pelvic area, focusing on the experiences of pregnancy and birth. Together, we’ll examine the impact of episiotomies, tears, and caesarean scars, and acknowledge the lasting effects of birth injury and the trauma that can follow for many women. You’ll also explore your role in supporting women through this delicate and transformative time.

This is a space to deepen your compassionate, healing skills, empowering you to support women through this vulnerable period and guide them toward holistic healing  in body, mind, and spirit.

about pelvic love sessions

During these seasonal half-day workshops, we focus on a theme related to the pelvic bowl, all that it contains, and the wider pelvic region. So far, we have explored Pelvic Girdle Pain and the Core of Our Being —the muscles within the pelvic bowl — and how they connect into a web of support throughout the body.

Together, we explore questions and concerns around how best to support women in both group classes and 1:1 settings. Each workshop includes embodied movement for you, alongside conversation, reflection, and exploration of the topic through your own body and lived experience, within a supportive community of women.

Further Date For Your Diary: Summer 9 July

Our half-day London sessions are designed to give you the space to explore and connect with your body—as women, teachers, and holders of space. We began our Pelvic Love series with a focus on Pelvic Girdle Pain.

Future sessions will delve into what is held within the pelvic bowl—our wombs and our stories, the mechanics of the pelvis as a birthing vessel, and the network of support provided by the pelvic floor muscles. Throughout, we honor the emotional undertones present in women’s shift-shaping bodies.

Details for further Pelvic Love session will follow. Our intention is to hold bi-monthly meet-ups for ongoing CPD while also fostering a supportive community of women who empower each other. Our aim is that you leave each session feeling both inspired and nourished.

If you have any suggestions, we would love to hear from you!
