Lynn has over 40 years experience of yoga, and 30 years of teaching. She has trained and mentored many to work in the field of supporting women on the journey into motherhood & beyond. Her workshops are for all women at all stages of life.

My aim is to hold space where you can nurture connection with yourself and others. At present I am offering half day women’s circles at Down to Earth, North London and Frome, Somerset.

Pelvic Love Yoga for all women

3 hour workshop | Down to Earth, London 28th February

Reconnect with your body, explore your pelvic energy, and move with intention in a supportive, women-only space. This workshop offers a gentle yet powerful way to navigate the transitions of a woman’s life — from puberty to menopause, and for many, pregnancy and motherhood. 

Rooted in Scaravelli-inspired yoga and somatic practices, this workshop uses subtle movement and deep rest to restore balance to the nervous system and awaken a more easeful connection to yourself. Through intuitive movement, breath, stillness, reflection, and shared discussion, you’ll deepen your understanding of how hormonal shifts affect the pelvic region and your lived experience. Encouraging personal insight, and a sense of movement radiating from your pelvic bowl, helping you nurture strength, softness, and self-trust.

A nourishing pause with a warming drink and treat provides time to reflect and connect. Every gathering is unique, shaped by those who attend, and offers a space beyond regular yoga classes for you to truly listen to your body from the core of your being.

Our Bodies Ourselves yoga for all women

4 hour workshop | Frome, Somerset | 21st March

A space to come together, move mindfully, breathe softly, rest deeply, and share in the joy of being in a circle of women. It gives time (away from responsibilities) to simply be, and to appreciate the pleasure of how doing less can truly be more.

Each one of these mini retreats is different, tailored to the needs of the participants and the season. My approach is an intuitive and fluid form of yoga informed and inspired by somatic practices and the wonderful teachings of Vanda Scaravelli. This therapeutic approach helps rewire your nervous system as you discover how to create healthier patterns by ‘joining up the dots’ within the body, restoring your sense of wellbeing wherever you are in your hormonal journey as a woman.

We will be aware of our cyclical rhythms as women , including exploration of our pelvic wellbeing and relationship to our pelvic area, including the so-called pelvic floor. This connection within the core leads to a deeper connection to self.

A break mid session to share a nourishing snack and warm drink and a chance to share a little with one another, to feel a sense of commonality and community. We will end our time together after our sharing with deep rest and relaxation, space and time to absorb.

If you wish to organise a personalised circle or retreat for yourself or a group of friends, I am very happy to hold space for you and take the stress out of organising a special gathering.

Ideas for your private retreat could be as a baby shower celebration, a restorative day for a group of new mothers, or a block of tailored yoga sessions for yourself & friends.
