our monthly Circle will alternate between online & studio

The Motherhood is a place to gather with babe ‘in arms’, at school or not yet born. Circles are powerful and, when made up of those who mother, there is much to share, thus creating a strong network of connection and support where all (m)others are held, seen and heard.

The Motherhood is two years old this February and is celebrating with an in-person circle at the home of Womb & Bloom in February, we will then meet at the studio bi-monthly.

We gather together as mothers to share our experiences within a safe circle and to explore a different theme around motherhood each month. Included in these sessions will be time chat and meet others over a warm cuppa and a nourishing sweet treat and also a moment to ground and meditate together.

On a bi-monthly basis I will continue to offer a motherhood session online, via zoom to keep this offering accessible to our global community of mothers.

On booking either circle you are invited to make a donation this will go into the womb & bloom access fund, to make their offerings more accessible for all mothers and the Birthworkers Collective Fundraiser for Palestine.

Motherhood Circle - Special may event

Thursday May 23rd

I am delighted to share that in May I will be collaborating with @alissatimoshkina. Read Alissa’s words below about our upcoming event and how you can be involved and support m(others) in Ukraine.

‘Ever since Russia began its war on Ukraine two years ago, my thoughts have been with Ukrainian women and children. I’ve been supporting a small charity in Dnipro @fond_dlya_tebe_dnepr which looks after NICU babies and their families, collecting money for life saving medicine and other essentials to ensure those teeny humans have as best a start in life as possible. I have found the perfect partner to cohost a special event - the magical @lynnmurphyyoga who’s been such a special presence in my motherhood journey this time around. Lynn holds the most beautiful mothers circles (amongst many other wonderful offerings) and this is what we will do: Thursday 23rd May, an intimate mothers circle led by Lynn followed by a family-style lunch made by me, in my home in North London (location confirmed on booking). You can bring your baby along (pre-crawlers if possible please) or feel free to come by yourself. Spaces are limited to 8 women so please book as soon as you can. This event is by suggested donation (£20-£40) and if you can’t make it in person please consider making a donation anyway (you will receive a little recipe booklet of the dishes that I’ll be making for lunch). To book please email me directly at alissa.timoshkina@gmail.com or to make a donation without attending please use the same email for a PayPal transaction.’

Thursday 10.00-1.00pm, Book via alissa.timoshkina@gmail.com

May Motherhood Circle online

We will end with a pocketful of mindful movement and meditation, if small ones allow, to ground and nourish the nervous system before heading back into your day.

Friday 11am by donation on booking. (£5, £10, £15, £20 what you can afford)

The Motherhood created by Lynn, is a beautiful gathering for mothers at all stages of mothering. The openness and love in the circle facilitated by her provides a safe and reassuring space to share and heal! The learnings and acceptance of what happens in a mother’s journey comes easily when being part of The Motherhood journey. Big thanks for the big heart behind this, it takes a true loving one to conduct a space of this importance.

Lynn I so greatly value the motherhood space you offer and the extraordinary care with which you offer it. I greatly value this group of women & the sharing and non-judgmental support we’ve experienced together. It feels rare and precious.
