preparing for life after birth 1:1 support in-person | online
I offer bespoke sessions on a one to one basis, in your own home or online. These sessions are tailored for you as you prepare for your baby’s arrival and your transition into motherhood.
In-Person: These sessions are for those within the London area and a reasonable distance from N19.
Online: is for those of you who prefer to meet online. A great option to attend from the comfort of home wherever you are based in the uk, or indeed anywhere in the world (time zones allowing)

Let’s talk about you & baby
This session can take place during your pregnancy in preparation for meeting your baby, or with your babe-in-arms. There is space for you to explore how babies are in the early days and weeks when you wish to stay close to home. We will look at a baby’s journey into the world and develop skills around the use of therapeutic touch to help your baby feel more at ease, giving you more confidence in your parenting. This session will be tailored to you and any particular concerns you may have, such as what baby products you actually need, baby wearing, how babies sleep, or early breastfeeding.
We will also make space to better understand the transitional journey women make into motherhood, also known as matrescence, and how to nurture the new mother, as well as honoring all parents and families, whatever their shape. You will receive recordings and other support material after class to back up what we cover during this workshop.
telephone support
I offer telephone support for any issues around your pregnancy and postpartum experience. Cost is usually £1 a minute, 30-60 mins long but can be longer where needed. Get in touch to arrange a time to speak, first 15 mins of initial call is free. This is for those moments when you need a chat about issues that you are struggling with and looking for some words of support, suggestions and recomendations to help you through a sticky patch. Maybe you want a second opinion or a just someone to listen to you.
