About my Pelvic Love Sessions
My CPD training days provide valuable skills and insights for anyone already working with women during and through the many life transitions that we experience as women. This may include pregnancy, the postpartum period as well as the menopausal journey.
This is a wonderful opportunity to deepen your knowledge and develop your practice in supporting women better in relationship to their bodies and the flux and change of hormones that can bring change to the pelvic region and the pelvic floor.
Together, we’ll explore your questions and concerns around how best to support women in both group classes and 1:1 settings. Through an embodied approach, you’ll make discoveries in your own body while learning from discussion, reflection, and shared experience in a community of women who support women.
I look forward to sharing with you my passion and knowledge built over 30 years of supporting women.
You can book your place via the collective link below, Not in collective? Don’t worry email me and we will book you in if available space..

This half-day sessions is designed to give you the space to explore and connect with your body—as women, teachers, and holders of space. In this Pelvic Love session we will focus on what we know as the Pelvic Floor..
Together we will explore the structure (nuts and bolts) of the pelvic bowl, how the so-called pelvic floor relates to these bones, and how it creates an extraordinary web of support within our bodies.
For many, these muscles can feel unfamiliar or there may be a disconnect to them. Confusion is common about what the pelvic floor really is. Perhaps your own relationship with this area is through the bandhas as "locks," or via the NHS Squeezy app. Both approaches can suggest gripping or striving to be “stronger,” which may not always feel supportive or be the most helpful approach.
So, is there another way of relating to these muscles—one that feels more connected, embodied, and easeful?
I believe there is. For over three decades, I have worked with women’s bodies, focusing deeply on the pelvic region and how to support muscles in developing both tonality and functional strength, while also allowing them to remain flexible and at ease when needed—such as during birth.
Sadly, shame often lingers around women’s bodies: shame about having a “weak” pelvic floor, or about leaking when coughing or on your kids trampoline. But the answers are not Tena pads or surgery. Instead, they lie in cultivating better awareness and deeper understanding of our own bodies.

KIND WORDS
KIND WORDS
“Thank you Lynn for a deeply nourishing and inspiring few days spent garnering your immense wisdom and knowledge on the mother nurture training. It was a deep and humbling journey into the perspective of a new parent, but also the baby as they transition from womb to world. This course serves for a deeper understanding into how to hold space with empathy and compassion whilst offering practical ways to assist new parents find their way, gain confidence and honour their role as a parent. I would highly recommend this training if you already teach postnatal yoga as a way of enhancing your postnatal offerings beyond the asana practice..”

“It was such a true privilege to finally have this incredible opportunity to train with Lynn. She is an exceptionally gifted facilitator whose freedom of spirit, creativity and exquisite use of language, allowed for a unique exploration of motherhood throughout this training. Her vast experience of working with new mothers has furnished her with a profound understanding of their needs and many challenges, as they navigate their way through the greatest transformation of their lives. Over the weeks, Lynn quietly nurtured all participants on the course, in total alignment with their individual needs and personalities. At every opportunity she encouraged the freedom to explore, tapping in at all times to the use of our most accessible resources, those of our senses. As we meandered our way together through the important material covered, we added layer upon layer to the invaluable toolkit we created. The content of the course & support material, so beautifully produced, has been exceptionally helpful in the development of our work as birth workers. An ABSOLUTE MUST for all Birth Workers & Supporters of Women
